The Matrix Premiers at Full Tilt Poker

For pure tournament excitement like never before, enter the Matrix for a new, advanced level of poker including four Sit n' Gos (SnGs) and nine players, all in ONE tournament! This game is like no other you've ever played before and you can only find it at Full Tilt Poker! And with buy-ins at every level, anyone can learn to play and get into the Matrix!

The Matrix tournament is four SnGs played simultaneously with the exact same players at each table.

Here is how this action packed tournament works. You will compete for the win at each table AND you'll be rewarded for your overall performance in the tournament as a whole by receiving Matrix points. You can score points for every player that you knock out and every player that you outlast on each and every table. Best of all, when the last table is done, players who earn the highest Matrix scores will be paid for their overall performance! When you claim victory at all four tables, you then become the Dominatrix and walk away with the entire Matrix prize pool!

Each individual table plays down to the last player and the final three places at each table pay out just like a regular SnG. However, in a Matrix Tournament, the standard prize pool is broken down to include payment for overall performance as well.

For example, in a nine-person, $10 + $1 Matrix Tournament, the total prize pool is $90 that is divided evenly into a prize pool for each of the four tables and the overall Matrix prize pool. Therefore, each individual table will have an $18 prize pool, paying out $9, $5.40, and $3.60 for 1st through 3rd places, respectively.

Players also earn one Matrix point for each opponent they outlast (Survival Points) and two points for every player they knockout at each table (Knockout Points). Individual player's points for each table will be listed by match under SCORE BY MATCH in the Tournament Lobby. Total points for the entire tournament are listed under MATRIX SCORE. In addition, Point totals for a player's Matrix score are listed in the tournament lobby in these three categories:

• Earned is the combined total of Survival Points and Knockout Points from each of a player's four tables.
• Max is the maximum number of points that can be achieved if a player earns every remaining Knockout Point and Survival Point on each of the tables where they are still playing.
• Projected is the estimated total Matrix score for a player and the best way to see where they stand at that moment.

You can find the Matrix Tournaments under the "Sit & Go" tab with the "M" symbol next to them. Are you ready for the next generation in tournament action? Then enter the Matrix at Full Tilt Poker today!
