You will receive an e-mail confirming that you have successfully registered at FullTiltRakeback.com and a link to confirm your account, by clicking this link you will confirm your e-mail address and ill have to think of a password. It will take up to 72 hours for us and Full Tilt Poker to approve your account. Once approved you will get an e-mail with a link to reports page. In this page you will find all of the needed information about your rake, rakeback and current balance.

Q: Where to find reports page?
A: Full Tilt Rakeback reports page can be found by clicking the menu tab "Full Tilt Rakeback Report" at the very top of the page or by following this link.

Q: How are the reports generated?
A: FullTiltRakeback.com receives rake reports directly from FullTiltPoker.com. All of the rake and rakeback calculations are done by FullTiltPoker. Usually, FullTiltRakeback.com receives this information with a 24-48 hours delay. Therefore, rakeback reports are updated not in real time, but with a short delay. FullTiltRakeback.com updates reports every 24 hours.

Q: How/ when will the Full Tilt rake back payment be made?
A: Beginning on July 1st, 2010 all Full Tilt Poker players receiving rakeback will be moved to a weekly rakeback payment system. Weekly rakeback will be generated over a seven-day period, beginning Tuesday and concluding on the following Monday. Payment to players' accounts will be made on the following Friday.

Q: Why my rake is negative?
A: Players may find their rake negative due to several reasons. In most cases this is because of clearing the sign up bonus, which is actually a 100% rakeback. While clearing the bonus, players will find their rake and balance negative. However, once the bonus is cleared rake reports will be positive and will be based on a 27% rakeback bonus.

Another common reason is Full Tilt Poker Points usage. These points can be used to buy into the tournaments or Full Tilt Poker Shop. In both cases, used FPP are deducted from the rakeback. 1 FPP is equal to $0.005.

FullTilt Poker also deducts money from rakeback for Full Tilt Poker Added Tournaments when players' buy in fees do not cover the added prize money. Then remaining sum is deducted from tournaments players' rakeback.

Player payment processor fees such as money transfers, withdrawals and etc. are also deducted from the rake back.

Q: My rake calculator shows different rakeback earnings. Why?
A: There might be several reasons. But in most cases rake calculators include the sign up bonus clearance as rakeback; as well as they do not count in Full Tilt Poker deductions, such as FPP clearance and player processor fees.

Q: About SuperLeague?
A: SuperLeague is a series of $2,000 added bi-weekly poker tournaments. These tournaments are for FullTiltRakeback.com players only and requires a $5+0.5 buy in fee. To make the game even more exiting FullTiltRakeback.com adds $2,000 to every tournament. Tournament starts every second Saturday 15:00 ET. Tournament can be found via Full Tilt Poker lobby, by clicking "Requests" at the top menu bar and "Find Tournament by ID" in the requests menu. Tournament ID is announced 2-3 before the tournament and can be found on the right FullTiltRakeback menu.

By playing at these tournaments players also earn points and top 20 ranking players will be eligible to play in the special $10,000 added tournament to be held June 19th, 2010. The buy-in for this final tournament will be just $10+$1; all 20 players will win cash prizes. Prize pool ($200) will be distributed via standard Full Tilt Poker's payouts structure and the remaining $10,000 will be manually transferred to the winner accounts within the 48 hours after the tournament ends.
